I made this script as kind of horror story. Hope you like it
I used models´ names but the casting is up to you.
FUKA: My friend MAINA lived a long time with her strict aunt. When her aunt passed away, she asked me to sleep with her at her place as she felt very lonely. It was the first time she would be sleeping at her home without her aunt, and she felt uncomfortable.
FUKA: Good night, MAINA.
MAINA: Good night, FUKA. Thank you for staying with me tonight.
(FUKA and MAINA sleep in their futons. Suddenly, MAINA hears a noise and wakes up. She goes to room where the sound comes from. As she enters the room, she is shocked to see her aunt).
MAINA: Auntie? How is it possible?
AUNT: You´ve been a very naughty girl, MAINA. And naughty girls need a spanking remember? (grabs MAINA and forces her to bend over her knee)
MAINA: No, please Auntie. I did nothing wrong.

(The scene cuts to FUKA´s house. She´s alone with MAINA).
FUKA: MAINA told me what happened. She is now resting at my place until she finds a new place to live. She´s afraid of going back to her aunt´s house. (talks to MAINA). I´ll go shopping now. Itte kimasu.
MAINA: Itterashai!
(MAINA is alone. She´s reading a magazine. She hears a noise and lifts her head. To her horror, she sees her aunt in front of her, with a wicked smile)
AUNT: You´ve been a very naughty girl, MAINA. And naughty girls need a spanking.

I´m glad you enjoyed my horror story. I wrote an ending which is a little ambiguous. But one possibility is a more Ringu-style ending:
MAINA: You did that? For me? (Hugs FUKA and starts crying) Oh, thank you, I´m so happy I have you as a friend.(MAINA then realizes she is hugging her Aunt. Horrified she pulls back and tries to run to the door but can´t open it. She turns around and sees FUKA)
FUKA (with the Aunt´s same wicked smile and voice): You´ve been a very naughty girl, MAINA. And naughty girls need a spanking...
