Since you asked for story ideas, here is one from me.
An actress is alone at home, practicing speaking her lines while naked. She has a problem speaking naturally in nude scenes and is trying to solve it. The room is decorated with props and outfits for various roles, and a small mirror so all she is looking at is her head and shoulders.
She hears a sound that she thinks is her cat trapped in the closet, but when she opens the door a photographer is hiding in there with a camera. They struggle and the photographer is quickly over her knee.
(I won't presume to tell you how the spanking will go, it's what you do best)
After the spanking is complete, the still-nude actress grabs a jersey from a baseball outfit and pulls it on, then she makes the photographer pose for photos taken with her own camera.
The photographer begs her not to show anyone the photos and the actress laughs. "Don't worry," she says, "nobody will see any of them."
She goes back to the baseball outfit, picks up a bat that was next to it, throws the camera in the air and swings.
Maybe cut to the photographer's face and a loud crashing sound effect. The camera is destroyed.
